This Privacy Policy explains how BlueBorrow ("BlueBorrow," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of blueborrow.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit the Site or submit a request through our form. BlueBorrow is a loan-matching and referral service — we are not a lender and do not make loans or credit decisions.

The short version When you submit our form, you are asking us to share your information with third parties — including loan specialists, lenders, and marketing partners — so they can contact you about loan options. We may be compensated for that referral. By submitting the form, you expressly consent to this sharing and to being contacted as described below. If you don't want your information shared, please don't submit the form.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete our form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and country
Loan request details: desired loan amount, loan purpose, your self-reported estimated credit rating, and residency status
Your consent selections (such as agreement to be contacted by phone and SMS)

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and advertising identifiers and campaign parameters (such as click IDs and UTM tags from ads that brought you here), using cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies and advertising technology" below.

We do not request, and ask that you do not submit, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other financial account credentials through the Site.

2. How we use your information

To match and refer you to third-party loan specialists, lenders, lending networks, and related service providers ("Partners")
To contact you, and to enable Partners to contact you, about your request — by phone, SMS text message, and email, where you have consented
To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including spam and fraud prevention
To measure and improve our advertising (for example, knowing which ad campaign led to a submitted request)
To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

This is the core of what we do, so we want it to be unmistakably clear: BlueBorrow is a lead-generation and referral service. When you submit the form, we share — and may sell, as that term is defined under certain state privacy laws — your information with third-party Partners, including loan specialists, lenders, lending networks, customer-relationship platforms, and marketing partners, so that they can evaluate your request and contact you about loan options and related products or services.

By submitting the form, you expressly consent to:

Our sharing and/or sale of the information you submit (and associated technical and advertising data) with our Partners;
Being contacted by BlueBorrow and by our Partners at the phone number and email address you provide — including by phone calls, SMS text messages (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out), and email — including, where you have agreed, calls and texts placed using automated technology;
Our receipt of compensation from Partners in connection with your referral.

Consent to receive calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase. Once your information is shared with a Partner, that Partner's own privacy policy governs its use of your information; we encourage you to review it. We also share information with service providers who help us run the Site (such as hosting, analytics, and security providers), and we may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not knowingly share your information with third parties for purposes unrelated to your loan request, except as described in this Policy.

4. Cookies and advertising technology

We use cookies and similar technologies, including:

Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures how our ads perform and which visits lead to submitted requests. Meta may set cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and receives event data such as page views and form submissions. Learn more or adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-focused, aggregate traffic measurement.
Local storage — we temporarily save your in-progress form entries in your own browser so you don't lose your place; this is deleted from our form's storage after you submit.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, the Site will still function.

5. Your privacy rights (including California)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states — to:

Know / access the personal information we have collected about you
Delete personal information we have collected from you
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@blueborrow.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," tell us which right you want to exercise, and include the name, email, and phone number you submitted so we can locate your information. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law. You may also use an authorized agent as permitted by law.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Opt out of sale/sharing Because our referral model involves the sale/sharing of personal information as defined by some state laws, you have the right to opt out. To do so, email support@blueborrow.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." If you have not yet submitted the form, the simplest way to prevent any sale/sharing is not to submit it. If you already submitted, we will stop future sale/sharing of your information; note that Partners who already received your information will process it under their own privacy policies, and we will forward your request to them where required.

7. Data retention

We retain lead information for as long as needed to provide the referral service, meet our legal and contractual obligations (including demonstrating consent), and resolve disputes — after which it is deleted or de-identified.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
